Brian,

In our daily path as Realtors we are constantly distracted!  Just last night I was so busy on the phone that I "forgot" to grab anything from the car, my husband had my briefcase, 6 bags from the store, his lunch box and was trying to unlock the door for me while I talked to a client on the porch ignoring him.  :)  I've also found myself - all too frequently - text messaging while driving.  NOT a good idea!
